Distance Sales Agreement
This Distance Sales Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the rights and obligations of the Buyer and the Seller regarding the electronic order placed by the Buyer through the Seller’s website www.trendstudio.info (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), including transactions made via the mobile application owned by the Seller, concerning the sale, delivery, right of withdrawal, return process, and other matters of the goods and/or services (hereinafter referred to as “Product/Service”) detailed below.

The processing date of orders made via bank transfer or EFT will be the date the relevant payment is received in the Seller’s above-mentioned bank account. If the Buyer chooses EFT or bank transfer as the payment method and the total amount is not transferred to the Seller’s account within 3 (three) business days, the Seller has the right to cancel the order.
If the payment is made by credit card or a similar method, and after delivery, the Buyer’s credit card is used unlawfully by third parties without the Buyer’s consent, and the financial institution does not pay the price of the Product/Service to the Seller, the Buyer agrees and undertakes to pay the price by other means within 3 days or to return the Product/Service to the Seller.
1. INFORMATION PROVIDED TO THE BUYER IN ADVANCE
The Buyer acknowledges and undertakes that they have been informed prior to the order and payment about the following matters on the Website:
• Seller’s trade name, address, phone number, and email
• Main features, total price including taxes, shipping, and any additional charges of the Product/Service
• Steps for the sales process and tools/methods for correcting errors during the ordering process
• Accepted payment methods for the Product/Service
• Payment/collection and delivery details, performance terms, and related responsibilities of the parties
• Rights and obligations regarding the right of withdrawal, cases in which it cannot be exercised, and procedures for returns and refunds
• If the Product/Service is damaged or altered due to non-compliant use, the withdrawal request may be denied and the Buyer is liable to the Seller. In such cases, the Seller may deduct the appropriate amount before refunding
• If the Buyer is a legal entity purchasing for commercial/professional purposes, consumer rights do not apply
• Confidentiality and personal data protection practices
• Contact details for complaints and the Buyer’s right to file a legal claim with consumer arbitration committees or courts under Law No. 6502
• The agreement and legal disclosures will also be sent via email and stored by the Seller for 3 years
2. DELIVERY OF PRODUCT/SERVICE
The Product/Service will be delivered to the Buyer or a third party designated by the Buyer. Unless otherwise stated (due to campaign, promotion, etc.), all delivery costs belong to the Buyer. If stated on the Website that shipping will be paid by the Seller, then the Seller will cover all or part of the delivery cost. Provided that stock is available and payment is completed, the Product/Service will be delivered within 30 days, except in cases where delivery becomes impossible.
If payment is not made or canceled by the bank/card, the Seller is relieved from the delivery obligation. If the order is canceled after the shipment but before delivery to the Buyer, the shipping cost is borne by the Buyer.
3. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Agreement within 14 days from delivery to them or a third party without any justification or penalty. The Buyer may exercise this right by written notice via email or the contact form on the Website. However, the right of withdrawal is not valid in the following cases:
a. Products prepared in line with the Buyer’s requests or personal needs
b. Products that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons and whose packaging/seal/tags are broken
c. Services started with the Buyer’s approval before the end of the withdrawal period
d. Other exceptions defined by law, or commercial/professional purchases
If the Buyer uses the right of withdrawal in accordance with the law and the Product/Service is returned in proper condition and compliance, the return and refund process will be handled accordingly.
