1. Can I return the products I purchased from trendstudio.info?
a. Our basic principle is that you are happy with your shopping from trendstudio.info. If you want to return your product, we will be happy to assist you as quickly as possible under the following conditions.
i. You can send your products, whose invoice date has not exceeded 15 days, whose product protection tape has not been opened, whose labels have not been removed and have not been used, and whose resaleability feature has not been impaired, together with all their accessories, together with your invoice, to the address specified below. Returns that do not comply with these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with a cash payment. For this reason, we recommend that you try your products as soon as possible so that they do not cause deterioration when they reach you, and send back the ones you think are not suitable as stated above.
ii. You can send them with Aras Cargo or DHL, with the shipping costs covered by you.
b. You will be notified by e-mail when your return cargo reaches us. After the compliance of the products you return with the return conditions is checked, the refunds for the accepted return requests are forwarded to the bank within 14 days. Your refund will be made by your bank in the same way you made the payment to your payment instrument (installment purchases will be refunded in installments). The speed of this process depends entirely on your bank's internal processes.

2. What are the Return Conditions?
a. The invoice date must not have exceeded 15 days.
b. The product protection tape must not have been opened.
c. The product label and logos, if any, must not have been removed.
d. The product must be in a condition that can be sold again to a different customer.

3. How long does it take for my refund to be made after the return process?
After your returns reach our warehouse, it is checked whether the product return conditions are met and if your products are suitable for return, the relevant transactions are completed within 14 days and the refund process is completed. You will be notified by e-mail when your refund process is completed by Trendstudio.info. After this stage, the time it takes for the refund to be transferred to your account varies depending on your bank's processes.
