3. Do your prices include VAT?

Yes. On the payment page, there is a distinction between delivery and billing addresses. You can add the address where you want to send the gift as the delivery address. This way, the product you want to send as a gift will be shipped to the address you specified for delivery.

Delivery
1. Product Availability Conditions?
Products sold on www.trendstudio.info are limited by stock. After a customer's order is completed, the stock of the relevant product is checked; for products that cannot be supplied due to depleted stock, the customer is informed, and the payment is refunded.
2. What is the delivery time?
All products sold on www.trendstudio.info are delivered to cargo within 5 business days. For shipments within Istanbul delivered to cargo, the estimated arrival time is 1-2 business days, and for shipments outside Istanbul, it's estimated to be between 1 and 4 business days. The cargo company will deliver your order – on business days – between 09:00-18:00 to the address you specified. You can access detailed information on this matter through our Distance Sales Agreement.
3. Will I pay a shipping fee when I receive my purchased product?
Delivery of products purchased from www.trendstudio.info is free of charge.
4. Which cargo company will deliver my order?
The delivery of products purchased from www.trendstudio.info is carried out free of charge via our contracted cargo companies, DHL and Aras Kargo.
5. Do you deliver all over Turkey?
Our distribution network is limited to the DHL and Aras Kargo distribution network. Currently, DHL and Aras Kargo provide delivery to the most points within Turkey's borders.
6. What should I do if DHL and Aras Kargo cannot deliver my order?
For your orders, the estimated arrival time at the address you specified is 1-2 business days for Istanbul and 1 to 4 business days for outside Istanbul. International shipments may vary depending on the country of delivery, but they can reach within approximately 3 to 5 business days. If you are not at your address on the day of arrival, the cargo company will leave a notification note, and your shipment will be delivered to the cargo company's distribution office. Shipments not picked up from the distribution office within 3 business days will be returned to the www.trendstudio.info warehouse. For products that arrive at the warehouse, we will contact you, and after necessary arrangements are made, the product can be re-sent to your address. If you cannot be reached, your order will be canceled, and the fee will be refunded to you in the way you made the payment.
7. What should I pay attention to during cargo delivery?
We strongly remind you that you are responsible for checking the relevant product when the cargo is delivered to you. If there is crushing, deformation, wetness, or any other condition that could damage the product in the package, open the package together with the cargo officer and check the condition of your products. If you see any damage to the products, do not accept the products and ask the cargo official to prepare a report. The products for which a report has been prepared will be delivered to www.trendstudio.info by the cargo company, and we will replace the products.
Order Cancellation
1. Can I cancel my order placed on www.trendstudio.info?
If your order has not yet been handed over to the cargo, you can submit your request via email (info@trendstudio.info) or by calling our hotline +90 850 309 01 67 on weekdays between 09:00-18:00. After your order cancellation request is approved, if your order payment was taken from your credit card, a refund will be processed to your card. Refunds may vary depending on the internal processes of your bank. We kindly ask you to follow these situations through your bank. Refunds for installment payments are processed in installments as required by bank procedures.
Return & Exchange
1. Can I return products I purchased from www.trendstudio.info?
a. Our fundamental principle is your happiness with your purchase from www.trendstudio.info. If you wish to return your product, we would be happy to assist you as quickly as possible under the following conditions:
i. You can send your products whose invoice date has not exceeded 15 days, whose protective seal is unopened, whose tags are not removed and are unused, and whose re-sellability is not impaired, along with all accessories and your invoice, to the address specified below. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you with the shipping cost charged to you. Therefore, we recommend that you try your products as soon as they reach you in a way that will not cause damage and send back those you deem unsuitable as stated above. ii. You can send your returns free of charge with MNG Kargo. If you send returns with other cargo companies, the costs will be borne by you.
b. You will be informed by email when your return cargo reaches us. After checking the suitability of the returned products for the return conditions, refunds for accepted return requests are submitted to the bank within 14 days. Your refund will be made by your bank to your payment instrument in the way you made the payment (installment purchases are refunded in installments). The speed of this process depends entirely on your bank's internal processes.

2. What are the Return Conditions?
a. The invoice date must not exceed 15 days. b. The product protective seal must be unopened. c. Product tags and logos, if any, must not be removed. d. The product must be in a re-sellable condition to a different customer.

3. How long does it take for my refund to be processed after the return?
After your returns reach our warehouse, it is checked whether the product meets the return conditions, and if your products are eligible for return, the relevant processes are completed within 14 days, and the refund process is finalized. You will be notified by email when your refund processes are completed by www.trendstudio.info. After this stage, the time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank's processes.
